20" center back zipper starts below collar

skirt is a wrap style with fringe along front right side

I can't make out blend- looks like wool but isn't -machine washable

there are thread belt loops but no belt included- remove or choose you own

size 7/8 per tag-please see measurements for most accurate sizing
