This glamourous dress is from the 70's by Norman Berg for Denise Fashions. Made of a stretchy black sequin fabric. One shoulder designer with a large bow at the top. Side zipper. The hemline flares out like a trumpet when you move. Perfect for the dance floor. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
