Black floral 1970's midi-dress with incredible fluttery caped sleeves. Deep V surplice neckline with a wide belted empire waist. The skirt was likely maxi and one point but has been cut and hemmed to a midi length. The skirt has an a-line silhouette. Sheer fluttery sleeves that extend longer at the back into full on attached angel sleeves. This gives the dress a caped effect and it's spectacular. The attached belt threads through the sleeves and ties at the back. This is a great design element as you can cinch the waist as much as you'd like. The print is exceptional. Rich black with painterly neon orange roses with red highlights. Neon green leaves and stems. Nylon zip up the back.
