Beige oversized roses bloom all over this 70s black chiffon drop waist dress. Features a wide neckline with button details on the shoulders, 3/4 puffy sleeves with elastic cuffs, elastic waist that sits around the hips and has a bow tie on one side, plus a flirty flowy skirt. All made from a lightweight sheer chiffon. Bodice and skirt are lined.

Great vintage condition with a couple of minor flaws that include the bow tie at the waist is attached by safety pin only and one sleeve elastic cuff is more stretched than the other. One measures 6" flat, the other 5".
