Billowing balloon sleeves add just the right amount of drama to this black 70s shirt. Features a chiffon slouchy cowl neck and sheer chiffon long sleeves with elastic cuffs. Bodice is made from a stretchy poly knit material and has an elastic hem with a bow tie accent (not adjustable).
