This dress is fabulous. 1970’s glam perfection. The perfect vintage staple black dress

Full skirts, 3/4 sleeves, elastic waist, loops for a belt (IMO, a fabric belt or a skinny belt would be best..ooh, or a chain belt!), had lightly padded shoulders (the shoulder pads can easily be snipped out if you don’t like them)
