Black polish cotton dress with small white floral print all over.

Square neckline with black lace around the neckline, cuffs, near the hem and two short rows on the bust.

Red grosgrain bows around the hem and on each shoulder, attached by safety pins by the original owner.

Skirt is full pleated floor length, shown with a crinoline underneath (crinoline not included).

Zipper down the back.
