1970's Black and Neon Plaid Sleeveless Maxi Dress Romper

Black sleeveless pleated bodice with a hot pink high neck collar, the cummerbund and bow is also the same hot pink color.

Skirt is split into two panels that are slit all the cummerbund.

A plaid skirt in neon pink, red, orange, yellow, green and black.

Hidden under the skirt panels is a pair of black shorts.
