Ok hear me out. This is one of those I'm just going to make a dress since I cant find one that I like- and at first glance it's a little weird, but then I really started looking at it and it's pretty great, it just needs to fit right! I don't have anyone in my bubble stacked enough to show this off but I used pins (shown) in the pictures so hopefully you can visualize.

Bust is probably the most important measurement here, it also has pretty decent sized armholes so if the bust is too big that'll dip too low- bust has to fit! Knit jersey is really nice and - that fabric is late 60s paisly and the person did a very good job sewing it. Seems are straight! Belt is wrinkily and has extra holes punched in it- I would scrap the belt or just punch a hole where it fits you perfect and trim the rest off.
