1970’s Alfred Shaheen Egyptian Art Deco style dress and jacket set. Made from a buttery cream polyester fabric with blue and gold panels down the center front featuring Egyptian symbols. Beautiful fitted bodice with flattering v neckline. Half zipper front, fitted waist, and a fabulous accordion pleat skirt that is open in front from the end of the zipper to the bottom hem. Dress is missing the original belt, but the one shown will be included. Now let’s talk about the jacket. I have never seen one that had the matching jacket. This one is made from the same buttery poly fabric, has an open front, and ballon style chiffon sleeves that hook and eye at each wrist. I am so happy this set never got separated. It’s in really great vintage condition. Other than missing the original belt, I found one small snag less than half inch. No staining. Clean and ready to wear. Fabric is signed Shaheen. Marked a size 12
