Beautiful vintage summer dress made of polyester georgette in an abstract floral pattern. The shoulder straps tie by hand and can be adjusted to any length. It includes a smocked elastic waistband and ruffles at the hem. It's in excellent condition. The shoulder to shoulder is 10. 5", and the overall length of the dress is 48. 5". It's 17" from the top of the shoulder to the top of the waistband. The waistband is 2. 5" high. The chest is a 42" maximum, waist is approximately 30-32" and the hips are 46".
