This is a feminine and unique vintage early 1980's dress. The label reads "P.C.F. Petites Styled by Hal Ferman". It is made of a subtly sheer polyester crepe in layers of black and hot pink. It features a sexy surplice neckline with bold padded shoulders, a faux wrap sweep with a ruffled hip flounce and the most amazing slide buckle back V belt. It has great lightness and movement with an edgey avant-garde feel!

It Measures: up to 42" bust, 37" waist but it is meant to be slightly gathered and pulls in tight with the belt that goes up to 33", 47" hips, 42" long shoulder to hem. Belt measures up to 33"
