When's "Victorian Week"? They're all over the place, aren't they? Well if you need the look, you can start with this. Indestructible polyester, no iron, wash, dry and done (and I did). One back button, ruffles, long cuffed sleeves are puffy at shoulders. A word or two about the sleeves: the shoulders are 16", which may seem small on a blouse this size, but they are "cut-in", with more room in the puffy shoulders, while making sleeves measure measure longer.

It's also a great classic for under a skirt suit or even better, a pants suit!
....and Halloween will be here soon enough, so it could be inspiration for a costume...
