Gorgeous 1970s kaftan gown by none other than Halston. This thing is gorgeous. It’s a thin clingy silky velour velvet material composed of 85% triacetate and 15% nylon. Thin - semi-sheer when held up to the light - and unlined except for right around the neckline. Gown features a deep V neckline, slight batwing/dolman cut sleeves, and a 19.5 inch slit at the center front. This gown was sold at Dorian’s with the Halston IV label.
Labeled one size but please refer to measurements! I tried this on and it was a bit tight at my chest and shoulders.
Bust - 21.5 inches flat
Waist - 23 inches flat
Hip - 26 inches flat (measured at bottom of the pocket slits)
Sleeve ~19 inches from underarm (where the pattern curves)
Length ~53.5 inches down center front
In excellent condition. Clean and ready to wear.
