Item description: 1970s does the 1950s formal dress by Roberta who was a popular dress designer for formal wear in the 1970s though the 1990s. Aqua tulle with a strapless bodice with full ruching and set in rhinestones. Built in boning on the bodice. Very full skirt with tight gathering on the waist with double layer robins egg blue taffeta. Second layer of taffeta has a very full built in layer of crinoline on the hem to give it fullness. Back zipper with hook and eye closure. Dress is in excellent vintage condition.
