Definitely handmade. Smooth black satin with some really amazing machine embroidery, using rainbow threads. Trimmed around edges with black lace. The ribbon ties are very long in pretty embroidered ribbon. Longer length too. Use for folk festivals or add to your eclectic or Bohemian style. CONDITION: Check all photos. You can see there's a break in the embroidery but otherwise flawless.
