Vintage 70s 80s deep navy blue Girl's Toddler Age 3 Dress Features ruffled hem, white embroidered lace slip and double layered peter pan collar, long sleeves with elastic cuffs, bow tie and 3 heart buttons at the back. Iconic velvet bow and silver bell under the split top layer of the skirt. Great for church, weddings, flower girls, or family photo shoots. The color is much darker and richer than the photo captures. Colour really is a dark navy blue.
