Vintage 70s 80s smocked elastic ruffle top multi layer dress modern size up to L

This gorgeous vintage 1970s to 1980s dress is a handcrafted item. It features a smart elastic waist line that goes from under the breast to the waist. Skirt is three layers of wide ruffles with red flower bouquets on a green background with black and yellow accent. Skirt has 3 ruffles. Fabric along seam inside dress has words stating that it is a veritable wax block print. Dress is in great condition with one flaw near bustline as shown in pictures - easy fix.

Measured laying flat pit to pit 14 inches, stretched 19 inches, waist 11 inches, stretched 19 inches, hips 21 inches, length from center back 52 inches, strap length in half 6 inches. Modern size up to large.
