condition: very good; there is a small tear in the hem on the front side in one of the chiffon overlays (if you have this dress hemmed it would be completely hidden). there are a few snags to the brown silk chiffon, but these are readily visible. there are also a few stains/water marks to the brown silk chiffon, mostly on the ruched back waistband. with that said, this dress presents incredible!
