Lovely vintage cocktail dress from the great American designer, Bill Blass, features a silk animal print fabric in very dark brown or black and various shades of tan. The dress has a cowl neck and long sleeves with four self-covered buttons at each cuff. It also has lightly padded shoulders, light gathers at the waist, and a back zipper for closure. The lining is beige silk. The dress does not have belt loops, but we styled it with a narrow black belt in one of the photos or comparison (belt is not included with the dress). We believe the dress is from the late 1970s or early 1980s. No size label is present, but according to sizing charts, it is closest to a modern size 8 or 10. Please use the measurements for the best guidance regarding size.

- Chest is 36"
- Waist is 29"
- Hips are 35" at about 8" below waist.
- Sleeve length is 21"
- Length is 37" down center back.

CONDITION
Gently worn condition with no apparent flaws.
