I was having trouble dating this dress. I got it in a lot of various 60s / 70s items. The zipper is not metal but it is painted red and has the CC logo on one side with USA on the other side. The dress is not newer than the 80s for sure but I would put it more into the 70s. There is next to no stretch in the material. It feels like a cotton blend that is mostly all cotton. The dress is tiny and does not zip up on my size 6 mannequin so it is probably a size 2 maybe up to a 4. Please check measurements. It is in nice condition.

Measurements while dress is laying flat:
-Across chest underarm to underarm 15,5"
-Across waist 13"
-Length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress 46"
