They have a fun cut to the waistband, front and center. Of course the notch would be mostly hidden under a belt. They have double belt loops, so they are expecting a belt! Sleek-cut lavender polyester pants are wide leg trousers with the slightest taper (24" around at knee and 22" around at ankle). More dressy than casual at the time. You can see the red white and blue union label under the size label, telling that these are anywhere from '75 to '95. But think more late 70s, early 80s in dating these. No stretch in waistband, no pockets, no flaws either. Wash and wear...and I washed, YOU wear!
