Plus size demure cutie dress is poly cotton blend, no labels, not home made. Big puffy half sleeves add to the "dollcore" look. Elastic waist, square neckline. Blue & white stripes with red trim. Can be made shorter but cannot be made longer. Could be inspiration for a costume too. The scarf is poly satin and will be included. It measures 49" when rolled horizontally to make a belt. It's not perfect. Looks like bleach splatter, but scarves can be very forgiving because you can roll and fold!
