Late 70's/Early 80's. Periwinkle sheer fit and flare dress. Has petal cap sleeves with a thin shoulder pad, pleated top, and a button back. The waist is elastic and stretches. Comes with a tie back belt. So light and flowy, perfect for summer. There is a small black stain on the back of the dress.
