Fantastic vintage 80s high neck strong shoulder long sleeve black and red blouse by Evan Picone for Lord & Taylor. This is a statement piece with tons of subtle details that make it a real find. The fabric is red jacquard silk with an all-over black pattern. The jacquard shimmers in vertical stripes. High neck with attached front neck bow. Full front button closure with a hidden button placket. Darted bust. Strong shoulder design in a pinafore cut, a subtle ruffle and a puffed pleated sleeve. Button cuffs. Rounded hem.

No material or size tag. Feels exactly like silk, and this designer would have used it, especially for a high-end department store like Lord & Taylor. Fits like a 6/8. Check measurements carefully! Excellent condition. Delta Burke would totally wear this on Designing Women.
