This cool top really messes with my eyes like one of those crazy eye posters haha It guess I had it on the mannequin backwards since the neck should probably be in the front but hey I guess you could wear it either direction. No size tag or brand tag left so please check measurements. I think it fits around a 2x/3x. It seems like 100% Polyester. It does have a washing instructions tag still. It is fairly stretchy. Probably can add another 2 inches or so. It has a matching sash so you can make the waist whatever size you want.

Measurements while shirt is laying flat:
-Across chest underarm to underarm 25"
-Across waist 24"
-Sleeve opening 7"
-Length from top of shoulder near neck to bottom 28.5"
