Pretty pink sleeveless dress with an attached chiffon (almost like a cape) that clasps behind the neck. The skirt portion is pleated. The dress is Union made and I am guessing by the looks of it from the 70s. Unfortunately, the tag was cut off but you can still see the top portion of the tag to tell that it was Union made. (picture attached). No size tag but based on how it fit the size 6 mannequin I would say maybe a 12 / 14 or so? Please check measurements! I do not see any brand tags. Those might have also been removed. There is a hidden zipper down the back. I am unsure of the materials. It is fairly light weight and does stretch. Comes from smoke free location.
The only issue I see with the dress is some of the stitching has come out around the right arm opening. Please see last photo.

-Across chest underarm to underarm 20" unstretched stretches to 23"
-Across waist 20" to 23"
-Length from top of strap to bottom of skirt 54"
