These cost hundreds of dollars to make for the Mummers Parade. The VERY HEAVY floral Satin is thick and lined in black Satin. It's chock full of sparkle & fringe & FUN! Has a horizontal zipper in back that opens and zips down the front from the belly button down. Fabulous Flutter sleeves.
