This incredible Emerald green velvet dress has the most elegant sleeves. The detailing of the bodice and the rhinestone button detail is so pretty. The original velvet belt adds a lovely touch. Label is Act I. Would best fit an Extra Small to Small. Model is modern size 4/6.
