Vintage Deborah Laws Eel waist sleeveless dress size 12. Very unique with a colorful eel/fish wrapped around the waistline. I cannot find a material tag, but the outside is linen and the lining feels like polyester/acetate. Back center vent at hem. Vintage sizing, so please refer to measurements. In my opinion, this fits more a like an 8/10
