Vintage 70s red, black, white, gold and blue equestrian horse print maxi dress. Dramatic oversized pointed collar. Back zips. Button detail on sleeves.

No tags of any kind, may be hand made. Seems like a medium. Measurements below laying flat:

In good overall condition except the darts on the chest have been let out in the front and back, leaving small perforated holes. The lines are still there from the dart folds so it would be easy to know where to re-sew them.
