It only gives the illusion of having a dropped waist. this layered polychiffon dress from the 80s / 70s has several layers of chiffon. It is not in good condition. down at the last layer there are a lot of holes. the elastic at the wrists Is stretched out. the sleeves are Puffy at shoulders and sheer. this has a lot of great 20s details though, if you add the right accessories: a feather boa, a cloche, a turban, a headband with a feather, lots of long beads. It certainly is the right length for a 20s dress. The inner dress is a poly knit that stretches a lot. No maker label.
