Late 70s or early 80s era vintage pussy bow blouse. Tie attached at collar. Fairly large shoulder pads. Silky polyester is washable. Floral jacquard pattern, full sleeves with cuffs, pleats softly under yoke at front.

CONDITION : Very good vintage condition, I don't find any flaws.
