Fleurette
70s/80s Black Cashmere Overcoat

In 1949, Fleurette first launched high-fashion coats out of a small workshop in Los Angeles, California. Now for more than sixty years, Fleurette has remained a leader of American-made luxury outerwear. Through a partnership with Loro Piana, Fleurette gathers opulent wool and cashmere to craft its coats, while artisans continue to finish each coat by hand — one at a time.

This classically styled cashmere overcoat from Fleurette has a notched collar, padded shoulders, four button closure, and vertical on-seam pockets. The design includes two one-inch tucks that run the entire front length of the coat on each side, over the shoulders and down the back of the coat. This is a vintage coat most likely from the late 1970s-early 1980s. No size label is present, but based on our sizing charts, it appears to be a modern size 6, allowing for the extra room that an overcoat needs to have. It would also probably work for a size 4. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size. Measurements were taken on the outside of the coat.
