Gorgeous Galanos dress with huge bow and sheer shoulder overlay. I’m going out on a wild limb but couldn’t someone wear this sheer overlay as a dramatic hood and make a grand entrance a la Grace Jones? Doing too much? (Never!) There’s a straight line pull in the silk on the derrière and it seems like she made alterations to the side seams (all shown in last three pics). There are huge dramatic shoulder pads. Whoever Martha was, she had great taste!

Material feels like silk or a silk rayon mix. no material tags inside so I can’t confirm.
