Looking for a shirt dress with some retro flare?! You will look unique and elegant in this beautiful piece designed by "Willi of California" in the late 1970's - early 1980's.

It is made of a 100% polyester and the fabric is super light weight and flowing for maximum comfort and wearability. It has covered buttons at the center front bust area as well as the sleeve cuffs. You can wear it loose and relaxed or cinch in the waist with it's original matching belt. It is mostly pale blue with some contrasting teal areas.

The original label is still in the inner neckline and reads, "Willi of California , size 14". It would fit a modern day Women's Medium or Large very well. A modern day Women's Small could wear it, but it would be oversized.

Condition: Great condition with no damages to note.
