Y'all this dress is another level. It's a slinky poly knit that is so soft and stretchy. It's and black and vibrant blue. Th bodice is super ruched with long sleeves and wiggle skirt with floral applique and sarong style sash hanging dramatically. One of the most gorgeous pieces I have ever seen.
