Wow! The color of this dress is SO gorgeous! Like a mermaid on land! It's by the brand Bobby's Girl and is polyester but feels and looks closer to a chiffon. The dress has a wrap style bodice with 3/4 length sleeves that have elastic at the cuff as well as an elastic waist. The skirt is body skimming with a sarong kind of look. Could be considered semi sheer, but not overwhelmingly so. Pull on styling.
