This dress is pretty enough to be formal and comfortable enough for Sunday brunch. It features spaghetti straps, a sweetheart neckline with a double layer 50s style gathered bust, gathered cumberbund mid-section, 2 tiered full skirt and attached white tulle under skirt. It has a gorgeous open V cut back and a center back zip closure.
