Romantic 70's pastel maxi dress by Roberta of California. No fabric content tag, but seems to be a semi sheer polyester, pleated chiffon in shades of light blue gray with a border print of peach and pink flowers, so pretty! Dress has an elastic neckline that can be worn on or off the shoulders, (see photos). Pleated ruffled capelet falls over the upper arms and almost to the waist. Under that, there is a plain sleeveless bodice with an elastic waistline. The maxi length skirt is pleated and ends in a soft and romantic floral border print.
