This incredible formal gown is everything 70s! The chiffon overlay on the entire dress is just such an exquisite design - and the flutter sleeves are so elegant. If preferred, you could even have the chiffon overlay removed on the bodice to reveal the entirety of the golden sequined bodice. The dress zips up the back. Waist and belt are both elastic. Best fits Extra Small to Medium.
