Blue floor length maxi dress from the 1970's. Round neckline is accentuated with a wide ruffle which runs front and back. Raglan style long sleeves with elastic edges. The bodice has a blouson overlay that is open in the back. Underneath is a long zipper closing. Waist is set-in and skirt is floor length a-line.

Fabric is a thin slinky polyester.

No label as it appears to be expertly handtailored.
