This unique dress consists of 3 separate pieces. There is a skirt, a middle section which looks like a knee length dress by itself, and a cape which goes over the shoulders and fastens behind the neck. There is no brand tag but there is a red, white, and blue Union Made tag. The size tag says 7/8. It did fit my size 6 mannequin. It would best fit a modern size 4/6.

The skirt has elastic which stretches quite a bit. It goes from a 24" to about a 36" The skirt is 42.5" long. The middle section can be worn by itself in addition to as the set. It has a metal MARK zipper partially down the back. It measures 45" from the top of the strap to the bottom of the last ruffle. Chest measures 34" to about 36" stretched. The cape clasps behind the neck with 2 metal clasps. The string is a little loose here. The neck hole measures 7" across with not much stretch. Measures approx 17" across the shoulders of the cape.
