70's 3/4 Sleeve Black, White, and Green Dress with Peplum. Black w white polka dots w green and white print. High neck w hook and eye closure at back neck. Slight puff at 3/4 sleeves. Button detail at bottom of sleeves. Generous peplum at elast waist w belt loops (belt not included). Straight, plain black knee length pencil skirt. tag size 10. no fabric tag but feels like poly blend.
