Measures 17” across the shoulders, 44” through the bust, 22” to 34” at the waist (elastic), 48” through the hips and length is 53”. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17”. This doesn’t have sleeves per se but the cape collar can cover the upper arm if worn on the shoulders. Pulls on with no fastenings; full skirt and elastic waist will help you get into it; has elastic around neckline as well so you can wear it off the shoulders and fringe trim. Fabric is lightweight poly/cotton blend. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are white with true red and green trim.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
