1970’s Vintage Papermaker Brass Belt Buckle, Circa 1978

My dad was an mechanical engineer and made custom machines that made various types of paper products so it makes sense that this would have belonged to him :)

It was given by a company called Albany Felt Company (Albany , NY) who my dad did a lot of business with.

I don’t think it’s ever been worn, he wasn’t a big belt buckle kind of guy and I never saw it on him (and the buckle and i are the same age ;))
