1970S vintage dress. Wine-red with black embroidered and cut-out floral motif at the bottom of the skirt. Features a scalloped hem. Ties around the waist and buttons up at the back.

Label is Young Edwardian by Arpeja. In excellent-pristine vintage condition!

Size on tag is 7. It would fit S-M best.
