69 to 73 Union Made faux suede coat with hidden belt and faux fur collar/ cuffsThis awesome is made of this super soft 100% Cotton material that mimics suede. Material is called Montoro Suede by Earl-Glo imported from Spain. It is water repellent. Coat brand name is Suburban Miss and it has a blue Union Label with an R. Coat is fully lined with a quilted orange fabric.

I thought the fur was real at first look but I am sure it is faux. It fits about a size 6/8. It has a belt which goes inside the coat so you don't even see it in the back. It is in very nice condition. I just see one very mini spot in the front below the button hole (last photo) and a small bit of the thread has come out towards the neckline of the quilting of the lining. Also, the fur needs to be smoothed out unless you like it a bit disheveled.
