Charming vintage late 70s matching top and skirt set~~ understated and cute. It would look great worn with brown leather ankle boots and a jean jacket. The skirt is pleated with an elastic waist and the blouse has an elastic waist and wrists. Can be worn as separates as well! This belonged to my mom’s friend in the early 70s :) In great vintage condition with no major flaws
