If this doesn't scream par-tay, I don't know what does! Beautiful and festive 1970s taffeta dress from the King of Party Dresses, Victor Costa. I was sure it was ‘80s but my research regarding the label is showing that it’s probably ‘70s. How cool!

It's a gorgeous jewel tone turquoise color with gold and turquoise braiding around the edges. I found a picture online (pic #9) that I thought best captured the color of the dress since it's appearing more blue on my computer than tropical blue-green. My phone seems to show the color correctly. 🤷‍♀️

Underneath there is a layer of tulle because it just can't get any better! Oh........ and the huge bow?!?!? Ok, clearly I'm obsessed with this dress.

The back zipper works just fine but this is such a petite dress that I couldn't zip it all the way up the mannequin.
